Rule # 1 - Purpose

The present "general conditions of use" are for the legal framework of the modalities of making available the services of the site www.boutiqueautomoto.com (The Boutique Auto Moto SARL) and their use by "the User" then "l 'Buyer".

The general conditions of use must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. The access to the site by the User signifies its acceptance of the present general conditions of use.

The edition of www.boutiqueautomoto.com is provided by the company La Boutique Auto Moto SARL with a capital of 120 500 € whose registered office is located at 6 rue des halles, 75001 Paris.

Rule # 3 - Personal Data

The information requested on the site registration is necessary and mandatory for the creation of the User's account. In particular, the e-mail address may be used by the site for the administration, management and animation of the service.

Rule 4 - Applicable law

Rule 5 - Order

After selecting your products and being identified, the user chooses the payment method. You must fill in all mandatory fields specified on the electronic form.

An order number will be assigned to you. Rule # 6 - Availability of Items

It is expressly agreed that only the items available and in stock are orderable and deliverable within 48 hours on the site. These items are available with the following green logo:

It is also possible to pre-order items that have not yet been released. No specific release and delivery dates are determined. These items have the following orange availability logo:


In the case of an order containing items in stock Green and pre-order items

 It is imperative to select the following option to first receive the available items and the pre-order items in a second step. If the option is not selected the order will only be shipped once all items are in stock. (Choice available in Summary 1 of the ordering procedure)


(Orders with multiple pre-order items will only be shipped once all items are available).

We invite you to make pre-orders with a single article (free shipping on pre-orders for france) in order to receive your models as soon as they are released.

All orders for pre-ordered products are eligible for a 3% discount on the item.

Except for stock error reported to the customer within 48h (business days) following the order the availability of items is consistent with what is posted on the site.

The site reserves the right to cancel a validated order in case of stock error.

Out of stock items are not orderable, but a subscription by e-mail is offered to the user in order to be informed of a possible new availability.


Rule 7 - Delivery and Return

Prices, Franco and zone

The cost of delivery includes handling and packing costs.

Orders to Metropolitan France of an amount inclusive of VAT before delivery of an amount greater than or equal to 54.95 euros have the shipping costs offered.

Cases of the products delivered by the Post Colissimo:

(1) -If the products delivered suffered damage during transport and are damaged (breakage, shock, deformation ...), the buyer must submit his complaint within 14 days from the date . Complaints must be addressed by message in the customer area by clicking on the reference of your order.

(2) -If the products delivered do not conform to the specifications indicated on your order form (error on the product code, missing quantity), you must notify us by message in the customer space by clicking on the reference of your order .

(3) -If the products delivered comply with the specifications indicated on your order form but you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. You must notify us by message within 14 days of the date of reception in the customer area by clicking on the reference of your order.

(4) -If the products shipped are returned to us by the carrier due to an unclaimed parcel or an incomplete address. We will return to the customer to organize another delivery at his expense or make a refund.

In cases (1) and (2) an exchange subject to availability shall be carried out as soon as possible. A return slip at our expense will be sent to you by e-mail. In case of unavailability it will be possible to choose another model a credit will be made if necessary.

In the case of (3): - a photograph of the article in conformity must be sent to us within 14 days of the date of receipt

- return of the parcel properly conditioned at the expense of the buyer.

  The full refund in the same payment will be made as soon as we check the returned items.

In case of an initial payment by check the refund can only be made by Bank Transfer (A RIB of the buyer is to be joined).

In the absence of precise reservations in the customer space within 15 days, the goods will be considered compliant.

In cases (1), (2) and (3), the effective date corresponds to the date of the message sent in the customer area.

Remedies will be taken into account only after a request for support in the client area.

Returns in stores will only be accepted after taking account of your initial request on your customer space.

Case of products withdrawn in store:

-Only verified and compliant products will be offered to customers for a withdrawal in store.

In the event that a product is defective it would therefore be replaced by another. In case of insufficient stock, a credit will be possible.

-The models taken by customers are deemed compliant and delivered.

Rule 8 - Methods of Payment

For any order several payment methods are available:

-Change (longer order processing times)

-Blue card

- Blue card (Payment in two installments from 150 euros) 50% charged on order the balance 30 days after.

Blue card (Payment in three times from 300 euros) 33% charged on order and 33% each month.
